Paper Copy Requests

If you require any website documents in an alternative format, please contact the school office at Oxley Primary. We can provide paper copies of information where needed, including key letters and essential guidance for  parents and carers.

To request a paper copy, please include your child’s name, class/year group, and the document title or a brief description of what you need. Requests can be made by phone, email, or in person at the school office, and we will confirm the next steps as soon as possible.

Please note that some documents may take a little longer to prepare, particularly if they require printing in a specific format. If you have any access needs or would like information provided in a different way, let us know when you submit your request so we can support you appropriately.
